Clients and sales
Social inbox, WhatsApp and SMS
Messages and comments land in one place. Nothing reaches the CRM until a person says so. Messages and comments from social media land in a social inbox with the client's social media manager. WhatsApp and SMS follow the same care as email: only people who said yes, a stop that always works, and no messages at night.

What you get
5 things this does for you.
A social inbox with an owner
Each message goes to the named manager, then a social media manager role, then the account manager. A person's DMs are grouped, and comments are grouped by post and person.
Four choices per message
Save a reply, ignore, resolve, or mark as a lead. A new message in a conversation that is already a lead stays linked to that person.
Mark as lead, and the rest follows
A CRM person is made with the source Social DM or Social comment, the course rules run, the next salesperson is picked in turn and the first-call clock starts.
WhatsApp and SMS with consent
Templates, one-to-one messages, reminders and sequences. Quiet hours, daily limits, a stop that always works, and the WhatsApp 24-hour rule.
Off until you switch it on
Each channel is off by default and says Not configured until the provider's keys are in. The app never sends a test message by itself.
How it works
In four steps.
No manuals needed. Each step is one screen, and the next step is always nearby.
- Open the social inbox and choose the client.
- Read the conversation and save a reply, ignore or resolve.
- Mark real prospects as leads.
- Set up WhatsApp or SMS when you are ready.
Where people stay in control
A person decides who is a real lead. Messaging stays off until you add the keys and switch it on.
What you can do with this
