Brand and voice

What you believe and how you sound, in a form the writers read. Teach YuktiBOS what a client believes, who it is for and how it sounds, so every post and article is on brand. Writers and checkers read what you approve here.

What you get

6 things this does for you.

A Brand finder that surfaces beliefs

Position, personality, beliefs, audience, proof and red lines. Yukti finds candidate statements in the person's own words and shows the quote. It never invents a belief.

A Voice and tone system

Talk to Yukti one question at a time, by voice or typing. Pick the sample that sounds like you. The result is a finished document, not a form to fill.

Code checks the basics

A plain-code voice check flags things like em dashes, filler openers and sentences over 25 words. A rewrite is only a suggestion that you accept or ignore.

Approval builds the brand card

Every save is a new version and only an approved version is used. Approving builds the short brand card that writers and checkers read.

A printable voice card

A one-page card for spokespeople: how we sound, what we believe, lines for key moments and what never to say.

The same tools, free for anyone

Voice and tone and Brand finder also exist as free public tools with their own sign-up.

How it works

In four steps.

No manuals needed. Each step is one screen, and the next step is always nearby.

  1. Gather: talk, paste or add a link.
  2. Find: choose channels, pick what sounds like you.
  3. Shape and test the guide on a real piece.
  4. Approve. Writers now use it.

Where people stay in control

Only an approved version is ever used by writers. Legal and personal red lines need an explicit Yes stamped with a name and time.
