Clients, reporting and cost

Client portal

Clients see their own reports, tickets and plan, and nothing else. Clients sign in to their own portal to see their reports, raise tickets, read their plan, upload files and answer questions about their business. Staff who sign in are sent to the clients list instead.

What you get

5 things this does for you.

Reports on the portal

A report appears on the portal only when you show it. Portal visibility and link sharing are separate switches, and you can hide a report again.

Tickets from the client

A client clicks New ticket and describes the request. Staff track it with a due date.

About your business

Clients answer the business questions and send brand guides, research and plans with a few words on what each is.

Files in one place

A client's own users can upload files to the portal, and they join the client's library.

Their plan, if you switch it on

The client plan home appears only when that module is switched on for them.

How it works

In four steps.

No manuals needed. Each step is one screen, and the next step is always nearby.

  1. Invite the client's users.
  2. Show a report on the portal.
  3. The client reads it, raises a ticket or uploads a file.
  4. Staff reply and the client sees the answer.

Where people stay in control

You choose what each client sees. Nothing is visible until you show it.
