Lead hand-over and sales desk

The next free salesperson gets the lead, and the clock starts. Turn a list of names into leads, give each lead to the right salesperson in turn, and show everyone the same numbers about how the sales work is going. Rules decide who is eligible before anyone picks up the phone.

What you get

6 things this does for you.

Round-robin hand-over

A new lead goes to the next available person on the rota. The rota is locked while it assigns, so two leads never go to the same person, and anyone ineligible is never assigned.

A first-call timer

The salesperson sees a countdown on the lead, five minutes by default. Logging the first call or email stops the clock. If it runs out in working hours the manager is alerted; out of hours it waits for the next opening.

Names are not leads

Import a file of names from Excel, CSV or a ZIP, with duplicates removed by phone or email. A name becomes a lead when the person acts, or when you press Make a lead.

Eligibility rules for courses

Set the rules for each course, such as degree stream or citizenship, and the lead is checked before it is handed over. One click adds a starter set.

Stages, checklists and reasons

Move a lead along the stages. Tick the checklist before a lead is In discussion. Parked and Lost need a reason, and a wrong junk mark can be flagged and restored.

One report for everyone

Hours, calls, emails, follow-ups done and due, and speed to lead. The salesperson sees the same page the manager sees. Every stage change and reassignment goes to an audit log that cannot be edited.

How it works

In four steps.

No manuals needed. Each step is one screen, and the next step is always nearby.

  1. Switch on the sales desk and set working days, hours and the rota.
  2. Import names, or let forms, lead magnets and messages create leads.
  3. The next free person gets the lead, and the first-call clock starts.
  4. Work the lead through the stages and read the sales report.

Where people stay in control

A person decides when a name becomes a lead, and managers see everything the salesperson sees. The score is transparent and used for self-improvement, never for pressure. Phone-call logging waits until a phone provider is connected.
