How it works

Where to find it: CRM, Set-up, Sales desk.
- Switch on the sales desk and set working days and hours (default Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00).
- Build the rota: who takes leads, and who is on leave.
- A new lead goes to the next available person. The rota is locked while it assigns.
- Anyone the course rules rule out is never assigned.
