Search, research and brand
SEO
Audit, fix, track, report. Every change goes through a person. Read a client's public website the way Google would, say in plain words what is holding it back, list the exact change for each page, and check later that each change was made. We never edit the client's site.

What you get
6 things this does for you.
Site audits in plain words
robots.txt and sitemaps first, then pages one a second up to 500, then speed checks for the home page and the five most linked pages. You get a score out of 100 and a Start here list.
A change list you can approve
Each line is one page, one element, what it says now, what to change it to and why. Type the new text, or have AI write wording for up to 25 pages a run, with the estimate shown first.
Keyword research and grouping
Searches a month, how hard a phrase is to win (0 to 100) and what the searcher wants. Free routes in too: what Search Console already shows, or keywords you type. Group them into topics so each page answers one.
Rank tracking that never guesses
Check daily or weekly, down to the top 10, 20, 50 or 100, with the cost shown. A keyword not found is shown as not in the results checked. It also flags two of your own pages competing for one topic.
A monthly plan and client report
From the 25th the app drafts next month's plan as tasks with owners and due dates. The client report arrives in the agency's name and colours.
Prospect audits that become proposals
Audit a prospect's website in minutes and turn it into a proposal with a package, a price, a start date and a deal in the CRM.
How it works
In four steps.
No manuals needed. Each step is one screen, and the next step is always nearby.
- Add the website and press Run audit.
- Read Start here and go down the change list.
- Approve or set aside each change. Each becomes a task.
- Re-check later to see the change was made.
Where people stay in control
Paid data has a monthly cap and nothing paid is switched on until you choose. The cost is shown beside every button that spends. Technical lines such as robots.txt and redirects need an extra approver.
