Client knowledge and facts

The AI only says what has been checked. One list of the statements the AI may use about a client, each with where it came from and whether a person has checked it. Writers read only verified facts.

Client knowledge and facts. The AI only says what has been checked.

What you get

6 things this does for you.

Facts with their source

Press Find facts in the client's documents. The AI lists short facts with the exact quote each came from. A fact whose quote is not in the document is thrown away.

You verify

Mark a fact right, wrong or edit it. Edits are saved as new proposed facts and the old one is kept.

A never-say list

A pending phrase only warns. A confirmed phrase is a hard check: a piece that still contains it is sent back, then flagged loudly if it cannot be fixed.

Scan your own sources

List every sentence in the client's own documents that contains a never-say phrase.

A playbook of plays

How you do each kind of work, with steps, a checklist, version history and a toggle for whether the AI may read it.

Clients can add their own

A client can answer the business questions and send brand guides, research and plans, with a few words on what each is.

How it works

In four steps.

No manuals needed. Each step is one screen, and the next step is always nearby.

  1. Upload the client's documents.
  2. Review proposed facts. Verify or reject.
  3. Add never-say phrases.
  4. Writers now read verified facts only.

Where people stay in control

A fact is invisible to writers until a person verifies it. Every correction is kept in the history.
