Set a first-call time limit and get alerted when it is missed

Put a countdown on every new lead, warn the owner, alert a manager if it runs out, and tune the time per source or course.

How it works

4 steps in YuktiBOS.

Where to find it: CRM, Set-up, Sales desk.

  1. Set the default time (5 minutes unless you change it), the warning minutes and the working hours.
  2. Add lines for a source or a course with their own minutes, 1 to 240. The course wins over the source, which wins over the default.
  3. The salesperson sees a timer on the lead; logging the first call or email stops it.
  4. If it runs out in working hours, the manager is alerted. Out of hours the clock waits for the next opening.

What you get

What comes out of it.

An I am on the call button that stops the clock for long calls.

Leads already handed over keep the time they were given.

One number per lead, so no clock changes under someone.
