- Create a sequence in the rich editor, with merge fields.
- Add steps: send an email, wait, check something (clicked, downloaded, showed interest, replied) or create a task for a person.
- Start it by hand or by a trigger such as a new name, a form, an import or a lead magnet.
- It stops on reply, unsubscribe, bounce or interest.

Questions people ask
Will it email people who did not opt in?
No. The system refuses to email a name with no recorded consent.
