- Open the client's Channel plan.
- Mark each channel Now, Later or Not yet.
- For Later, say what switches it on; for Not yet, say why.
- Milestones, weekly direction and content tasks follow the plan.

A written reason for each decision.
A banner if a channel is on but its service was not bought, so work does not silently stop.
