Mabbit Communications is a marketing and communications agency. It is also where the idea for YuktiBOS started: a system to run an agency's whole workday, where AI does about half the work and a person can take over at any step.
What an agency needs
An agency lives or dies by repeatable delivery. The same questions come up for every client: who are they, what did they buy, what is true about them, what are we posting this week, what did we fix on their site, and what do we tell them at the end of the month.
What YuktiBOS does for that
- Client onboarding. Add a client in four guided steps, see what is still missing, and capture the facts and voice the AI may use.
- Services as a switchboard. Choose which services each client has, such as social media management or content writing, and the work follows the service.
- Content and SEO. Plan the month, approve the week, and review every piece. Audit a client's site, approve an exact change list and send a plain-language monthly report in the agency's name.
- Selling the agency's own services. A prospect's website can be audited in minutes and turned into a proposal and a CRM deal.
- Money in view. Managed tools, renewals and retainers per client, with margin and utilisation on the client's cockpit.
- People and permissions. Staff see the clients and kinds of work they are meant to, and each client sees only their own portal.
What is still open
Mabbit is a separate company from YuktiBOS. YuktiBOS stays the founder's own product, and Mabbit can be its first customer. This story will be filled in with Mabbit's own experience once there is a stable record to quote from.
