Run a client content calendar without losing control

Plan the month, approve the week, and have each slot drafted in the client's voice. Nothing posts until a person presses the button.

Run a client content calendar without losing control. A YuktiBOS use case.

The problem

What goes wrong without a system.

An agency with several clients is always three weeks behind on someone's calendar. Ideas live in documents, drafts in chat threads, and approvals in email. When a client asks what is going out on Friday, nobody can answer in one place.

Adding AI to this usually makes the problem worse. Drafts arrive faster than anyone can check them, in a voice that is nobody's, with facts that were never verified.

How YuktiBOS handles it

5 steps, with a person at every decision.

  1. Set the channel plan per clientMark each channel Now, Later (with what switches it on) or Not yet (with why). Content is only made for channels set to Now.
  2. Plan the monthThe AI suggests two to four themes and ideas. Nothing goes into the idea bank until you tick the ideas and approve.
  3. Build next week in one pressPlain code places approved ideas into days and channels and leaves about one slot in five open for a trend. Move, swap or empty any slot.
  4. Approve the weekOnce approved, each slot's piece is drafted against the client's verified facts, voice guide and never-say list, then lands in your review list.
  5. Approve each piece, then postTick the five publishing checks and approve. The piece goes out at the time you chose on the channels the client uses, or you post it by hand.

Where approved pieces can be posted

  • LinkedIn
  • Instagram
  • Facebook Page
  • Threads
  • Pinterest
  • Google Business Profile
  • Your website

Also written and checked for, posted by hand

  • YouTube
  • X
  • Reddit
  • Discord
  • Substack

Each channel is connected per client and posts only after a person approves. Google Business Profile needs Google's approval of API access before it can post.

Questions people ask

Can the AI publish without my approval?

No. A drafted piece waits in your review list. Only a person approves it, and an approval holds for one saved version of the words.

What if a client has no AI key or I want to write it myself?

Choose I'll write it. The whole process works with no AI key: a writer, a reviewer and a poster, which can be three people or one.

Does it know about festivals and holidays?

Yes. Key days can be marked Peak, Slow, Avoid or Neutral, and the plan reserves space or keeps launches away.
