Clear a client's plan and start again
Reset a client's live plan to plan again from a clean start, while keeping everything the client gave you and everything already done.
How it works
4 steps in YuktiBOS.
Where to find it: Clients, Reset plan.
- Open the reset page for the client and read what the reset does.
- Read the list of what stays exactly as it is: client knowledge, approved work, CRM, files, finished tasks and open tasks whose work you approved.
- Type the client's name to confirm.
- Press Confirm, then Plan again to draft a new plan from the client's current information.

Nothing deleted: the reset is reversible.
